Refund Policy

How a refund is handled depends on where you made your purchase.
Purchases through the App Store
Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple’s App Store — including all in-app purchases — are processed and managed entirely by Apple under its own terms. We are unable to issue refunds for these directly. To request a refund, use Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com, or manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings.
Purchases through our website
For purchases made directly through our website or our payment provider, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us. Once a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a website subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by applicable law, payments already made for the current period are not pro-rated or refunded.
